Requests for new channels (RfNC) is where a requests for the creation of a new language or project anti-vandalism channel can be made. Check the List of channels to make sure that what you're requesting does not already exist, before requesting a channel here.

Please use the following format:

| project = The project of the channel (ie, Wikinews, Wikipedia, etc)
| channel = The preferred channel name (should follow the #cvn-* format)

| time = The time of the request (type ~~~~~)
| notes = Any specific notes
